Expressions - A poem

This is a poem that I wrote. To tell you actually this is a slightly changed version of Linkin Park's Somewhere I Belong. But it's a poem through which you can feel my feelings (I hope so...). I finished it just now but I had the idea from ages. Yesterday morning I just got up at around 4 and since I was thinking of Linkin Park I thought of writing this and thus goes... Read and enjoy. Do tell me how you felt about it. 

Now I am blind

I have nothing to see

As I am lost in the

Nothingness of

The blackness in me

Nothing to hear

I am the king of deaf

To not be able to

Hear the sounds

Of wake, around

Nothing to speak

As I am caught

In between the worlds

Of doubt and fear

I want to speak

I want to see

I want to hear

The sounds around me

I want to kiss away

The pains of uncertainty

I want to bring the words

Out of my mouth

Now I am free

I can breathe at last

The air of freedom

I’m surrounded by

Yes, I can feel

The touch of the wild

The green of the springs

That calls me for

A gasp deep within

I hope for life

My heart is full

Of fresh blood

That flows in my flesh

I want to speak

I want to see

I want to hear

The sounds around me

I want to kiss away

The pains of uncertainty

I want to blast away

The terror that threatens me

Now if I am late

I’ll never be able

To retreat back

Nor push forward

The fight for my

Soul to be free

Never forget to

Remind yourself that

Time watches you

Always from the top...
